I went with my two boys (5 and 10) and I to get a haircut today. And while the haircut that both my 5 year old and I got was great (Thank you, Gina!), the haircut given to my 10 year old was atrocious. Seriously the worst haircut I've ever seen--absolutely embarrassing. The stylist didn't style anything, but rather butchered his hair--she didn't follow any directions, his hair is lopsided, the cut is uneven, and all he wants to do now is wear a hat--until his hair grows back to normal again. While I have had good experiences here, this one was so horrendous, so beyond terrible that I will never go back. Not only did she give the worst haircut in history--but then I had to pay for it, just rubbing salt into the wound. She asked after she was done and he ran away from the chair, if it looked ok...but at that point, the damage was done. It was beyond fixing at that point. And I never had a chance to look at it beforehand, as I was getting my hair cut at the same time (and I have glasses and can't see a thing when they make me take them off). Long story. The most atrociously horrendous haircut in the history of haircuts. Never again!

3 reviews in 1--all staff were friendly & when calling to ask questions as first time clients they were willing to listen & answer my questions. Shannon, cut my hair I am growing for Locks of Love--I've had it cut many times in the past 5 years but none did the great job she did timing it straight across. She listened to what I wanted & did just what I asked. Felt so good. Once I get my hair cut with someone who can deliver it to a place that uses long hair, I will certainly return to Sports Clips. I need to mention Brittany too, though she didn't cut my hair, I have tendinitis in my right wrist & couldn't get my long hair up like I wanted it for a class gathering, so I went & Brittany, not only washed my hair while getting a massage, she wrapped my face then combed out my hair & pulled it back like I wanted it, making me feel good for the outing instead of long hair flying in my face. She had no problem fixing it how I wanted without a hair cut, as that had been done before by Shannon & not ready for another at the time. Want to add my husband whose had many, many haircuts in his 77 years--went in & come out with the first smile I've ever seen after getting a hair cut, as he said he was treated so well & the hair cut was superb. I wish he'd asked the name of the person who cut it, as it did make him look good & he said he was so happy, he's planning on returning to this Sports Clips, just as I am. While there I saw a couple boys who come in & went out looking super too. Neither of us had to wait long, but with how happy we are with our cuts & style--the wait was certainly WORTH it.
